Cutting up to ½” thick material for the most optimum quality cut. Depending on the material type we can cut up to 1” with some diminishing of cut quality.

Our water tables help to reduce the heat zone in the material’s edge when cutting, thus minimizing any warping of parts when formed.

The CNC programs are used to make optimum nesting of parts for maximum material usage.
