Our capacity to cut and form in long lengths has reduced the cost of weld fabrication for many of our customers.

Our largest press brake is 1,600 ton CNC, with a 60’ forming length. Its one piece bed and ram with the self cambering ram adjustment (for machine deflection) produces parts with great accuracy. The Press is equipped with hydraulic powered (adjustable opening) channel dies to make setups quick and efficient.

Conveyor transfers materials into the Press to the precise locations to be bent, then exits by conveyor for part inspection and stacking for shipping.
